BILLING & REMEDIES

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A clear explanation of setup fees, subscriptions, cancellations and rights that apply under Australian law.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. Where a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unconsumed portion, or seek compensation for the reduced value. For a minor problem, we will have a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

2. Setup fees

Setup fees cover discovery, workflow mapping, configuration and implementation work. Because this work is customised, a change-of-mind refund is generally not available once work has commenced. If work has not commenced, contact us promptly and we will assess the request fairly, less any disclosed non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

3. Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through Whop. You may cancel future renewals through your Whop account or by contacting us before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period already started, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

4. Requesting a remedy

Email us with your name, business, purchase details, the issue and the outcome requested. We may ask for information reasonably required to assess the problem. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and processing times may depend on Whop or the payment provider.
